Course Content
The module “Legitimacy and Responsibility” is one of two cross-cutting modules that facilitate the School’s inter-institutional collaboration in research and teaching in strategic core areas. The module consists of the lectures “Sustainability Reporting” and “Responsible Management” and is offered in the summer term (4th regular semester). The lecture “Responsible Management” introduces key concepts of responsible management from various perspectives. These include: Strategic management (part Tuschke), innovation (part Spanjol), marketing (part Sarstedt), and human resource management (part Weller). The exam is a joint written module exam (6 ECTS credits).
